By accessing or using AI Assessment Tool ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

AI Assessment Tool is a platform that helps organizations assess the potential impact of AI integration on their workflows, roles, and operations. The Service includes:

3. Account Terms

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

  • One person or organization may not maintain more than one free account

5. Payment Terms

Explorer Plan

The Explorer plan includes limited features and assessment capacity. Explorer accounts may be subject to usage limits and feature restrictions.

Paid Plans

  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected
  • All fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring fees
  • Fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We may change pricing with 30 days notice for existing customers

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.

6. Intellectual Property

Our Property

The Service, including its design, features, content, and underlying technology, is owned by AI Assessment Tool and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our property without permission.

Your Content

You retain ownership of all data and content you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content as necessary to provide the Service.

7. AI-Generated Content

Our Service uses artificial intelligence to generate analysis, recommendations, and reports. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only
  • You should not rely solely on AI analysis for business decisions
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content
  • You are responsible for reviewing and validating all recommendations

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI ASSESSMENT TOOL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AI Assessment Tool and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Service immediately ceases
  • We may delete your account and data after a reasonable period
  • You may request export of your data before termination takes effect
  • Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution is not possible, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.

14. Miscellaneous

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AI Assessment Tool
  • Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect
  • Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right
  • Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent
